| When you leave Sant Lluis to go to Es Castell there are several places along the way which could be interesting and useful. The first place immediately on the right as you leave the village of Sant Lluis is a wine bodega which produces its own wine from local grapes grown on the surrounding land. On theleft, about 1km further along, is the turning into the hamlet of Biniarroca where there are two rural hotels. Still further along on the right is the small village of TREBELUGER,which has a single store - SUPERMERCADO TREBELUGER, which is locally known for its excellent butcher, as well as a good stock of almost everything.NOMOW SPAIN is also situated in the Cami Vell. The next turning to the right is BINISAIDA, where there is another rural hotel with a restaurant open to the public. Finally, as you meet the main road to Es Castell, you can cross into SOL DEL ESTE, for which I have provided a seperate plan, and then to your left is the SCANDALS RESTAURANT - well known and English owned, with two excellent snooker tables available in a seperate room off the main restaurant. The whole road is about 5 kms long before you reach the town of Es Castell. |
