TETUAN is an original Menorcan casita built in 1912. It is named after a town in Northern Africa, where, it is said that the original owner fought during the Spanish - Moorish campaigns.
This house, within its own walled garden is set close to the owners home on the outskirts of the small town of Alaior.
It is in easy walking distance of all the shops,bars and restaurants and has a bus service to take you to all other areas of the island.
Menorca is an excellent island for walking and cycling and has a beautiful nature reserve. It also boasts over 170 beaches. The largest beach on the island is a 10 minute car/bus journey away.
It is best to hire a car if you want to explore all areas of the island, but the location of this little house gives those who do not drive a good base with good access to explore further a field using public transport.
The house itself consists of a comfortable living room, a fully-fitted kitchen including microwave oven, kettle,toaster and coffee machine. A welcome foodpack is provided on your arrival.
The bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with W.C.
Outside is a terrace with table and chairs and BBQ , a pergola, lemon trees and aromatic plants. There is also a plunge pool. Towels are provided for the bathroom to save you valuable packing space.
